Reserve your booth space for HDAW 2018 online!  The deadline to submit the exhibit space contract is August 31, 2017.

Please note the following:

  • The cost for booth space is:
    • $33.00 USD per square foot for CVSN, HDDA/Auto Care Association and/or HDMA/AASA/MEMA members. 
    • $53.00 USD per square foot for non-members.
  • HDAW is a private conference and not open to the public.  Exhibitors must be current suppliers to HDAW participating distributor/shop owner/marketing group attendees.
  • Exhibit space costs include two (2) full Conference registrations with each 10’ x 10’ booth (space) purchased.  Additional Conference registrations will be charged $350 each for member companies or $575 each for non-member companies. Exhibiting supplier conference materials will be sent upon approval of the company by HDAW.
  • Due to limited exhibit space in the Mirage Events Center, island booth configurations are not permitted.
  • A minimum 50% of your total booth space cost is due with your space contract.  An invoice will be sent to you from Conference Management once your application is submitted.
  • Member exhibiting suppliers who intend to participate in the One on One Business Meetings must submit the online space application by Friday, September 29, 2017.
  • All booths must be paid in full by November 27, 2017.
