Supplier One-on-One Registration Form
Prescheduled One-on-One Business Meetings are an integral part of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW’11) and greatly contribute to building stronger relationships between distributors and suppliers. In 2011, we expect more than 1,200 One-on-One Business Meetings will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 19 and Thursday, Jan. 20 at the Mirage Hotel and Casino. Please note that the meetings at HDAW11 will be 35 minutes in length. This volume of meetings will make it critical for you to book early to secure your meeting requests.
Participation in the One-on-One Business Meetings is limited to distributor companies and exhibiting suppliers that are members of a sponsoring or affiliated organization. The One-on-One Business Meetings are the most extensive private meeting opportunities in the industry. Your pre-scheduled business meetings will be on the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 19 and all day on Thursday, Jan. 20 in the privacy of suppliers’ suites in the Mirage. The One-on-One meetings take on a greater importance with the ability to demonstrate products and services in your booth on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during the product expo in the Mirage Convention Center.
The first step in the One-on-One Business Meeting process is to determine which suppliers want to participate in the meetings. A list of participating suppliers will then be sent to the distributors to make their meeting requests.
In late November, each supplier will receive a registration package for the One-on-One Business Meetings.
The One-on-One registration package will include the following:
- An individualized listing of the distributors, who are interested in meeting with your company
- A meeting selection form to request individual meetings with distributors
- A form to reserve a suite for the One-on-One meetings - all suites are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A Registration form – A fee of $750.00 is required for supplier participation in the One-on-One Business Meetings.

It is critical that you sign up before this date to make sure you are included in the meeting request forms that will be sent to distributors.
