Prescheduled One-on-One Business Meetings are an integral part of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW10) and contribute greatly to building stronger relationships for the future between distributors and suppliers. In 2010, over 1,400 anticipated One-on-One Business Meetings will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, January 20-21 at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This volume of meetings will make it critical for you to book early to secure your meeting requests.

The HDAW10 One-on-One Business Meetings are the most extensive private meeting opportunities in the industry. Your pre-scheduled business meetings will be on the morning of Wednesday, January 20 and all day on Thursday, January 21. The one-on-one meetings take on a greater importance with the ability to demonstrate products and services in your booth on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during the product expo in the Mirage Convention Center. This is a unique feature to HDAW10 that greatly enhances the experience with current and potential customers.

Participation in the One-on-One Business Meetings is limited to distributor companies and exhibiting suppliers that are members of at least one of the 13 sponsoring or affiliated organizations. All pre-scheduled One-on-One Business Meetings will be held in the privacy of the suppliers’ suites at the Mirage Hotel & Casino.

In October you will receive the list of suppliers who will be participating in the HDAW2010 One-on-One Meeting Program.  The materials that you will receive at that time will contain instructions for completing your forms. To make sure you get the maximum number of requested meetings, you must return your meeting selection sheet and registration form no later than Friday, October 30th, 2009. This deadline will be strictly adhered to due to the January meeting date. Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week is the largest North American gathering of the independent heavy duty industry.  More than 1,400 managers and executives from 17 countries including distributors, manufacturers, service providers, educators and media attended the 2009 conference in Orlando and an even larger group is expected for the 2010 event.
