Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW09) is a distributor-focused business conference presented by 13 of the industry’s leading trade associations and marketing groups.  These organizations work together to produce the most valuable annual event in the heavy duty aftermarket, all in one place, once a year.

Prescheduled private One-on-One Business Meetings are an integral part of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW09) and contribute greatly to building stronger relationships for the future between distributors and suppliers.  In 2009, over 1,300   One-on-One Business Meetings will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, February 18-19, 2009, at the Rosen Centre Hotel & Resort. This anticipated volume of meetings will make it critical for you to book early for these private meetings.

The deadline for suppliers to sign up for One-on-One Business Meetings is Friday, October 3rd.  It is critical that you sign up by this date to ensure you are included in the meeting requests sent to the distributors.

The HDAW09 One-on-One Business Meetings are the most extensive private meeting opportunities in the industry. Your prescheduled business meetings will be on the morning of Wednesday, February 18 and all day on Thursday, February 19.  The One-on-One meetings take on a greater importance with the ability to demonstrate products and services in your booth on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during the product expo in the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).  This is a unique feature of HDAW09 that greatly enhances the experience with current and potential customers. 

Participation in the One-on-One Business Meetings is limited to distributor companies and exhibiting suppliers that are current members of at least one of the HDAW09 sponsoring or affiliated organizations. All pre-scheduled One-on-One Business Meetings will be held in the privacy of the reserved supplier hotel suites or private Conference Rooms in Ballroom D & E of the Rosen Centre Hotel.
