We have been made aware of HDAW registrants receiving unsolicited phone calls from housing brokers offering to make hotel reservations for HDAW through their services. HDAW would like to help you avoid situations that could result in loss of deposits, payments, or reservations with additional charges for your stay.
Please be informed that housing information for HDAW 2019 has not officially been released. When available, the only authorized method of reserving hotel rooms for HDAW will be posted on the HDAW web site. The Mirage Hotel is the only official housing contractor for HDAW and will never solicit HDAW attendees and exhibiting suppliers, either by phone or e-mail.
HDAW reservations are only guaranteed by using the Mirage provided reservation system from the link provided on this web site. HDAW room rates include resort fees and other features and are highly competitively priced.
