HDAW One-on-One Business Meetings
Where Deals Get Done
An integral part of HDAW, One-on-One Business Meetings are the perfect place for distributors and suppliers to come together to conduct business face-to-face. Partners can talk through personalized business solutions to help both operations effectively plan for the year ahead.
Participation in these extensive private meeting opportunities is limited to distributor companies and supplier manufacturers who are members of a sponsoring or affiliated organization.
When and where do the One-on-One Meetings take place?
There are a total of twenty meetings from Tuesday, January 20 through Thursday, January 22. The meetings do not conflict with Product Expo hours. Each meeting is 35 minutes in length, with 5 minutes of travel time in between.
Meetings are held in the Convention Center, near the expo floor and other show activities.
How to Register (Deadline: Friday, November 21, 2025)
Distributors (Fee: Complimentary)
During the HDAW general registration, there will be a question asking if you/your company would like to participate in the One-on-One Meetings. Simply indicate “yes” and note the designated individual from your company who will be coordinating the meeting details and schedules. The HDAW One-on-One staff will follow up with next steps. Suppliers (Fee: Booth cost + meeting room rental starting at $3,250)
Suppliers must first reserve their expo booth. Then, a separate meeting room rental is required to participate in the One-on-One meeting program. Meeting rooms are limited and typically sell out before the deadline. One-on-One supplier details and meeting room rental reservation may be found here.
