- When and where will the conference be held? We’re excited to welcome our industry back to the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas this January 20-23, 2025.
- Who attends Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week? HDAW is constructed specifically for the purpose of strengthening this important independent market segment in the heavy-duty parts and service industry. We welcome heavy duty aftermarket vehicle part manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
- How do I register as a distributor for HDAW’25? You can register by visiting our Register page. To qualify to attend HDAW under the “Distributor” registration or specialty classification, attendees must be in one of the following categories (See Distributor Qualification Policy):
- Members of the HDAW JOC Organizations, excluding suppliers*
- Independent HD aftermarket distributor**
- Independent truck service specialists**
- Non-Exhibiting Consultant
- HD Industry trade association
- HD industry marketing group
- HD industry or other general trade press editors and publishers
- Can I see a list of the suppliers? Yes! We’re regularly updating our list of suppliers and the floor plan. Check back next time you visit to see the latest suppliers scheduled to be at HDAW’25.
- How do I ensure I connect with suppliers relevant to my business? An integral part of HDAW, the One-on-One Business Meetings matches you with the companies you want to do business with. - How do I secure a booth for HDAW’25 as a new exhibitor? Here’s your chance to boost your visibility. You can secure a booth at HDAW’25 by visiting our Become an Exhibitor page.
- How do I register as a supplier for HDAW’25? In order to register as a supplier, you must have an exhibit space application on file. After securing a booth, you can Register as a Supplier and get your exhibitor badge.
- What is the One-on-One Business Program? An integral part of HDAW, the One-on-One Business Meetings matches you with the companies you want to do business with. Learn more.
- Who qualifies for 1:1 Business Meetings? Participation in these extensive private meeting opportunities is limited to distributor companies and supplier manufacturers who are members of a sponsoring or affiliated organization.
- When do they take place at HDAW’25? Meetings take place on Tuesday, January 21, Wednesday, January 22, and Thursday, January 23.
