HDAW is evolving to deliver more of what matters to you — with HDAW’28 in Kansas City and HDAW’29 in Charlotte. After our grand finale in Grapevine in 2027, you’ll still find the trusted One-on-One Business Meetings, expo and education that keep you ahead of the curve, but now with fresh energy and expanded reach in two new cities. By bringing the industry together in these central, affordable locations, it’ll be even easier to connect, discover new products and lock in deals that drive your business forward.

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week has one more year in Grapevine, Texas before we head to new cities. Upcoming show dates and locations include:
- HDAW’27: Grapevine, Texas | January 18-21, 2027
- HDAW’28: Kansas City, Missouri | January 24-27, 2028
- HDAW’29: Charlotte, North Carolina | January 22-25, 2029
Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week is growing — and that’s a great thing. This evolution, including holding the 2028 event in Kansas City and the 2029 event in Charlotte, will help us (and you!) reach new markets, deepen relationships further and continue to grow with the industry we serve.
We’re expanding to better serve the industry, and it’s a sign of HDAW’s success. Kansas City and Charlotte offer larger venues, strong infrastructure and are centrally located for many distributors and suppliers. We’re building a future-ready experience without losing the personal connections HDAW is known for.
We do not anticipate any significant price increases in the new locations. HDAW has intentionally selected cities that are affordable and offer expanded options for housing, transportation and dining.
Yes! We will have an even larger product expo in upcoming years. We’ll continue the successful One-on-One Business Meeting program, education sessions and variety of networking receptions that keep the industry connected.
