The most influential gathering of heavy duty aftermarket professionals returns Jan. 20 with a sold-out Product Expo, high-impact business meetings and opportunities to drive industry progress
GRAPEVINE, TX. (JANUARY 7, 2025) — Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW), the most anticipated event for heavy duty aftermarket professionals, is set to welcome more than 2,900 industry leaders to the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center from Jan. 20-23, 2025. Known as the industry’s premier platform for driving business growth and innovation, HDAW’25 will feature a sold-out Product Expo, over 1,900 pre-scheduled business meetings, a keynote from decorated fighter pilot Kim “KC” Campbell and an unforgettable reception at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. This year’s event promises a dynamic blend of cutting-edge products, actionable insights and game-changing connections that will define the year ahead for the heavy duty aftermarket sector.

HDAW’25 promises a dynamic schedule designed to help suppliers and distributors maximize ROI, gain actionable insights and foster essential business connections. This year’s programming focuses on:
- Showcasing Innovation: The sold-out Product Expo Floor, featuring over 300 suppliers across 143,000 square feet, provides attendees with hands-on access to cutting-edge products, exclusive show deals and the latest market advancements shaping the heavy duty aftermarket.
- Facilitating Business Connections: With more than 1,900 pre-scheduled One-on-One Business Meetings, distributors and suppliers will have tailored opportunities to discuss business needs, explore solutions and forge lasting partnerships.
- Inspiring Leadership: On Jan. 21, decorated fighter pilot and leadership expert Kim “KC” Campbell will deliver an empowering keynote sharing actionable lessons on resilience, teamwork and overcoming challenges.
- Advancing Industry Knowledge: An expert-led education session on Jan. 22, along with an education showcase highlighting supplier training programs, recruitment resources and more, will help participants stay at the forefront of industry developments.
- Recognizing Industry Excellence: The Opening General Session will honor standout leaders with the Distributor of the Year Award, Hall of Fame induction and the inaugural Women in Leadership Award, celebrating individuals driving meaningful change in the industry
- Celebrating Success: The Wednesday Night Heavy Hitter Reception at Globe Life Field will cap off the week with exclusive access to the Texas Rangers’ home field, offering attendees a unique setting for networking, entertainment and celebration.
