HDAW’25 Announces “Wednesday Night Heavy Hitter” Closing Celebration at Globe Life Field

2025 all-industry reception to be held at Texas Rangers’ home field, offering attendees an unforgettable experience to close the event

MOKENA, IL. (SEPTEMBER 17, 2024) — Organizers for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) — the largest North American gathering of heavy-duty aftermarket professionals — have revealed Globe Life Field as the location for the 2025 all-industry closing reception. As the home of the Texas Rangers, winners of the 2023 World Series, this renowned ballpark will host HDAW’25 attendees on Wednesday, Jan. 22, providing an unparalleled experience with full access to the field, entertainment, food, drinks and other unique activities.

“We’re thrilled to bring HDAW’25 attendees to another iconic venue as we build on the momentum and excitement from last year’s event at AT&T Stadium,” said Michael Keller, Vice President of Category Management and Sourcing at FleetPride and HDAW’25 distributor co-chair.

Bringing the reception to Globe Life Field reflects HDAW’s focus on delivering memorable experiences that highlight the best of what the region has to offer. Moving beyond the convention center, this event allows attendees to explore a local landmark while connecting with industry peers. Tickets are available as a $55 registration add-on, and early booking is encouraged to secure a spot.

HDAW’25, taking place Jan. 20-23, 2025, at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas, will welcome more than 2,900 executives and managers from across the heavy duty aftermarket industry, including distributors, suppliers, service providers and industry experts. Over four days, attendees will experience in-depth learning sessions, extensive networking opportunities, personalized business meetings and a product expo featuring the latest advancements driving the industry forward.
